Hi Support Team, Just to confirm the below stuff: We have already baught "EhLib.6.3.184 - Site License with source included for 1 year", and now we want to update to newest version, what type of license should we pick? Is it the "EhLib - Renew Annual Updates source included"? Kindly let me know, cos we need the information to place an order asap. Thanks. best regards. Nicholas |

Hello Nicholas There is "EhLib - Renew Annual Updates source included" for Site license. See the reference on the EhLib purchase page - http://www.ehlib.com/en/buy On the ShareIt it have the name - EhLib - Renew Annual Updates source included Site License [#300545265] |

Does "EhLib - Renew Annual Updates source included" means that we could still get the EhlibV8 （current highest version) even we start to renew from V6 ? |

Hello Yes, you will get last current version of EhLib (Now it is EhLib 8.2). |

Thanks. BTW, Cos ShareIt does't support paper invoice, we have to buy your service from the third party that could provide paper invoice by in his own name after he buy Ehlib at Shareit. |

Hello About paper invoice. Below you can read the information we have received from ShareIt support about paper invoice. --------- As for paper invoice, I believe you mean Purchase Order, we definitely support this. Having looked at your account, I see that you accept Purchase Order (Invoice). I am not sure why your customer faced this problem, but he should be able to order your product with Purchase Order via fax or email attachment (containing company letterhead and signatures). Kindly note that this option will only be available for corporate customers and not for private persons. Your customer can find this option ("I prefer to order by fax") on the lower part of the order page. Hope to have informed you sufficiently. Thank you.
