About paper invoice.

As for paper invoice, I believe you mean Purchase Order, we definitely
support this. Having looked at your account, I see that you accept
Purchase Order (Invoice). I am not sure why your customer faced this
problem, but he should be able to order your product with Purchase Order
via fax or email attachment (containing company letterhead and
signatures). Kindly note that this option will only be available for
corporate customers and not for private persons. Your customer can find
this option ("I prefer to order by fax") on the lower part of the order
page.
