In new version after(10.1.31),
for grid with Bidimode = RightToLeft
Hint show with problem(wrong location & no need hint but show hint), also show exception after mouse move in "Edit" Column
for show this problems, please use CellDataIsLink(your demos sample)
only active showhint grid & active tooltips for column & title

In this case, most of the fields are displayed "Hint" without the need to display a hint
