We can't reproduce any error in the simple Demo project.
Can you configure the attached Demo project so that the error can be reproduced?

I tried this example, "2023-09-13-STFilter-Location-UnderTitle.zip", and the compilation problem is the same under Linux.

You're right. This problem exists.

When In DBGridEh1.STFilter.Location := stflUnderTitleFilterEh The combobox text editor does not display the edit button under Linux.

A similar problem also occurs in the components TDBEditEh, TDBDateTimeEditEh, TDBNumberEditEh, TDBComboBoxEh, TDBLookupComboboxEh.

Under Linux, these components do not display edit buttons.

Unfortunately, there is currently no simple solution to fix this problem.

To fix this error, it is needed to rewrite text editing components for Linux almost from scratch.

We will evaluate possibilities to solve this problem in the next version of the library. But we can’t say for sure whether this problem will be fixed in the next version.

This filtering function is very convenient and easy to use, but unfortunately it does not work properly under Linux.
If existing controls such as TCheckComboBox can be referenced to improve TDBGridEh, there is no need to rewrite text editing components.
